Election Day Preps: HSH Voter Guide 2023
Just in case you haven't had a chance to review the ballot here's a quick look.
Election Day is November 7th in Holly Springs. On the ballot are three open town council seats and a $100 million Parks and Rec bond.
The Parks & Rec Bond
The $100 million bond will pay for the new Cass Holt Road facility which includes indoor and outdoor activity space. The bond will also pay for upgrades at Womble and Ting Parks. The bond also means a property tax increase.

The Town Council
There are three seats up for grabs. Two of the seats are four-year terms. The elected candidates will replace Shaun McGrath and Aaron Wolff, both of whom chose not to seek re-election.
The third seat is a two-year term. The person elected to that seat will complete the term left vacant by Kristi Bennett, who relocated out of town late last year. Currently, Danielle Hewetson is serving in the seat.
